My home delivery didn't come, probably stolen.
Ordered a food processor to be delivered to my son in Swords. Was to be delivered by Fastway. Tracked the delivery and Fastway said it was delivered on 6th January. Never arrived at my son's house although he was there all the time working from home. I complained to Argos customer service who got in contact with Fastway. They emailed me with an utterly ridiculous statement from the Fastway driver. Argos believe the driver and not me or my son and therefore refuse to give me a refund.
I am over €130 out of pocket because my food processor was stolen. I am totally disgusted with both Argos and Fastway. Myself and my wider family have always purchased from Argos but that will stop now and I would advise anyone who wants to order a home delivery from Argos to think twice about
