My item was dues for delivery on a certain day. I got to work for 7am(start at 9) to wait. I then got a call from the delivery company to say the delivery will not take place as the do not have my item. After 4-5 calls to argos and the delivery company. Argos admitted they did not send the item in time. The customer service team were very rude on the phone telling me I could not do anything about it until the following day as my parcel could still be delivered. But this was impossible as it was still in argos warehouse. Once they admitted this I asked what they were going to do to make this up to me. 'Nothing I am not worthy of compensation' ie vouchers an apology should be enough.
