Please avoid to buy items from Argos at all costs! It's a stressful situation and it's like playing russian roulette with your money. In the end, after paying Argos for the products and respective delivery, you may or may not receive the items that you've paid for.
Worst experience ever buying hardware. I paid the equipments and respective delivery for a specific day as I really needed these for a gift. The items didn't arrive and after 4 days I'm still waiting (with several calls and chats to customer support). The products bought are available in several Argos shops near me and I offered to drive and collect them from there to minimise the impact, but Argos doesn't allow it and keeps coming back to me with different excuses.
Customer support even told me to buy the items again and when I asked about my consumer rights they told me that I don't have any rights until I receive the product!
They don't even give you credit in your Argos account to re-order the items! Basically they get your money and then...good luck trying to get what you paid for! Avoid to buy at all cost and go to other online shops otherwise expect a huge amount of time contacting Argos' support that will just give you different excuses every single time that you contact them, and they will not even care about the impact of their faults or try to resolve the problem.
In the end, no money and no products! Avoid at all costs!
