Completely worthless company NOW
Ordered online -picked up from Sainsburys, but item not described correctly. After 45 minute on the bus I returned it but they want my card. WHY?... they had the details so what is the problem. I didn`t take the card. So I've got to go back -2 more x 45 mins bus journeys!!. Sainsbury`s at Westwood Cross is an awful place to get to.
When you buy something online and return it or cancel it all companies i know of just return the payment.
Since Sainsburys taken over Argos the company is now rubbish. The whole thing with Argos in Sainsbury`s doesn`t work.
WILL NOT BE USING THEM although I have had many of years of good service in the past (prior to Sainsburys took over).
I just threw the item in the bin on the way out.
