Fobbed off for being disabled.
Had ordered a washing machine two weeks ago and heard nothing back. I tried numerous times to contact them only to be fobbed off. Eventually spoke to someone who tried to help only to be told I would have to re order and would be refunded but have to wait up to a week for the refund. Meaning another week with no washing machine while awaiting the refund. Tried explaining I was disabled and had no washing machine or clean clothes and no money to make new order. So asked if my order could be changed as I could not wait another week for the refund to arrive before being able to order another. But was fobbed off with a £20 voucher instead, which is not going to fix my problem of having no washing machine and no clean clothes for another week after waiting two weeks. Utterly unacceptable and a total breach of access to goods and services legislation.
