Sad that I cannot do zero stars!
Argos FAILED to deliver an item twice. Asked me to reorder and wait in TWICE! And KNEW they wouldn't be delivering TWICE -the customer agents could see the messages that they were cancelling but NOBODY bothered to tell the customer who was still waiting in.
Customer service, whilst polite and fast to reply, insisted I had to re-order it. What? And waste time for a third time? No thanks Argos. Would never trust you again.
Also cut off the chat when I was trying to sort it out.
