Paid for a delivery of a large item. Waited. No contact as promised from the driver. Time slot expired.
Tried to call costumer services but was thrown into Argos' digital automated maze - was cut off.
Tried calling again - exasperated - managed to speak to a human being - the call dropped again.
Phoned again. Impossible to speak with a human being. Eventually spoke to a human being. Without being informed my order was rescheduled for the evening. I was never contacted about this.
As it stands - I may or may not receive my order tonight. Laurel and Hardy level customer service that secretly mocks the customer. For decades I've purchased items from Argos without incident. This is the very last time I use Argos.
