If I could provide 0 stars I would. Wait in for 5 hours for a delivery - driver said he’d be with me in an hour. I had to call customer services to find out he didn’t want to deliver and apparently told me (he didn’t). Woman at customer services had no customer service skills - talking over me, no empathy, refused to let me speak to a manager.
Fast forward 15 days… your delivery is due between 730am and 930am, text message received at 7.20 sorry we haven’t been able to deliver today please call us.
Errrr how can’t you deliver today, I am in…. Try to call - customer services not open.
I have a medical condition which requires my medication to be refrigerated, which Argos are aware…no fridge for over a month now….
It is less than a week until Christmas, you’ve had my money for nearly two months. I have no way of keeping my life saving medication cold, or to keep food refrigerated - absolute joke!
