Bought a TV for son for Christmas.
To find out on Christmas morning that it has a badly broken screen.Then to go back to the Argos that it was bought in.To have the manager tell us that we broke it.Then to phone Argos and told that someone would phone back within 24 hours then to phone again the next day to be told another 24 hours then one hole week later to phone a different number to be put through to someone who said she was a high as we could go.That she had phoned the shop were we bought it from and she had said the manager said we broke it.Never have I ever had such a bad experience with a shop in all my life.will never again shop in Argos they will never get my or my familys money again.And I will be telling as many people about this as I can .
