I ordered an ironing board to be delivered on Saturday. The courier left me with an air fryer and although I told him that wasn't mine he just left me with the fryer. I went onto Chatline which is a complete joke, why don't they use real people from the start? On Sunday 8th Dec. I got through to a real person and the pickup and delivery has been arranged for sometime today. What really annoys me is 5 months ago in July the same thing happened, I ordered a Hoover vacuum cleaner, they sent the wrong model and when the correct one was sent one of the attachments was missing. It's a shame Sainsburys brought the company because Argos prices are much too high for many of the goods and as for customer service, well... I left a 1 star review on Trust Pilot but to reply you need to be on Facebook or Twitter which I'm not.
