Failure after failure
Ordered a dishwasher online and paid in full. I selected the delivery date and time slot. I received a confirmation email. Waited in.. from 2-9pm.. nothing shows up. No update emails/texts. I called customer services next morning they said the dishwasher was damaged so they didn’t deliver.. they rearranged delivery same day 6-10pm. Again.. no delivery.
No update emails or texts to say that it’s failed.. Called customer services the next day, they said it was a failed delivery.. I try to ask them to rearrange but they said no we have to process a cancellation and a refund but you can go to the shop and order it.. I mentioned I purchased this on a deal price.. they said that they cannot guarantee but you can buy it again full price and call them and they might honour the sale price.
Now I’m waiting for my refund.. I wonder if that will fail also?..
absolute waste of my time. After this experience I will not use Argos again. Pointless. Why do I even bother.
