Terrible, terrible customer and delivery service. We ordered a new fridge to be delivered at home. On delivery date no one arrived and when we called customer services said they moved our delivery date - without contacting us! We were still receiving confirmation delivery messages on mobile. A week later (today) they arrived. We also payed for our old fridge to be moved away and customer services confirmed drivers could remove our old fridge door. Drivers arrive and refuse to remove our old fridge as they say they cannot remove the fridge door saying this should have gone to special delivery services! When we confronted them on this, said we payed for this service and were assured all is OK - TWICE, and asked if they would accept this kind of customer service if it happened to them, they marked the entire delivery as failed, took away the new fridge they came to deliver and left. Terrible service, it is very sad for companies to treat their customers like that.
