Six month ago I purchased a wardrobe from Argos, after building this wardrobe I noticed that the screws which had been sent out for the draw runners did not have the thread carved into them, so therefore I was unable to screw the draws on. Since then I have phoned up the customer service team multiple times and asked for the correct screws to be sent out. Argos have failed to have the competency to be able to do this. I asked to speak with the manager on a number of occasions and have been advised I would be called back and they have failed to phone me back. The customer service assistant advised me that their only escalation policy is to request a call back from a manager (which doesn't happen) or to email in (you don't get a response). I am absolutely disgusted with the service provided by argos and as a result am left with a wardrobe which is breaking as it has not been able to be built correctly.
