Ordered an exercise bike from Argos, waited 3 weeks for delivery.
When it turned up I assembled the bike but found it to be faulty
Phoned Argos, they said they would pick the bike up and replace it the same day
The truck turned up but no replacement.
Phoned Argos, they told me it would be a further 3 weeks for the replacement.
Phone Argos again they told me to telephone this particular tel no. To sort out a refund
After keeping me on the phone for some time and refusing to give me confirmation of a refund, I found out that the tel no. They gave me was a premium no. Which cost me £15.
They also promised me a £10 voucher for all the trouble
I never received any voucher.
I would never ever use Argos again, I do not trust anything their customer service says.
They were very rude no most unhelpful.
