I have ordered a cooker and was told the delivery will be between 12-2 and delivery driver will call 1 hour before arrival (recieved a text at 11:43), which means I should expect the delivery anything after 12:43, delivery arrived at 12:29 driver called me and I have asked if he could wait 10 minutes and he said no. I have spoken to customer service and explained the situation, then customer service advised that driver will be back in 15 minutes. I have timed myself from work to home and it took be 9 minutes. once I arrived home called the driver to find out where he was, he said that he came back 20 minutes ago.
how can he be back 20 minutes ago unless he can time travel.
I have spoken to customer service again and they advised that they could not do anything about.
I have no cooking equipment, I have paid engineer to install the cooker which I will loose on top of all the stress of moving to new home and work.
