I ordered a new tumble dryer as my old one had broken, received an email stating that I. Would be contacted within 2 days with delivery date and would receive my order within 7 days, 3 days had passed and I had still not heard when my delivery would be, so I rang customer service and was told my contact details would be passed on as it was through a 3rd party company, another 2 days passed and I had still not heard anything so I phoned again, to be told what I had order was out of stock and discontinued and my order was then cancelled, if I had not phoned them myself they would still have my money as they made no effort to contact me, I had to do all the leg work and then when I wanted to make a complaint I was told there was no phone line to make one, so I had to then go on a live chat, which was also unsuccessful, eventually I ended up having to write a complaint on their FB page which got there attention, 4 days later I finally received my refund and purchased a new tumble dryer elsewhere.
