Bought a toaster online as I'm disabled added xtra warranty for 3 years, I then get a communication telling me they couldn't give me the warranty without me going into a store,I telephoned them they also couldn't do it but gave me number for the warranty company, I called them and if I'd have taken the warranty with them directly it would have been more expensive than buying 3 toasters.
