I bought a Fitbit from Argos Gypsy lane Luton in March this year, the strap has Brocken off the main watch, I went back o them and showed it to them, all they could say that it was my fault and they even accused me of braking it on purpose, I called Fitbit how were very happy to send me a strap replacement.
I will never ever go back to Argos again, and I will Make sure I discourage all my friend from going to them.
