An ebay parcel has been delivered to an Argos store, text message sent with the FM code for me to collect it but returned to seller after just 4 hours. The justification was that the item sat on Argos shelf for more than 7 days.
That item has been purchased in fact 5 days before, I showed them even the paypal receipt. All in van. Item gone. Clearly a huge Argos system error but they don't admitted and refused any kind of help or to investigate. They refused even the invitation to speak over phone to a click and collect ebay representative.
I will never ever order something using this store to collect.
I have to say also that I was not quit well treated inside the store.
