Delivery date changed - no reason given.
Called customer service - no information on why
Launched chat service - no information until I pushed - then they said it was a problem with the delivery driver but would not elaborate.
This was an evening delivery, so it seems to me the delivery driver has decided to clock off and Argos don't want to admit that.
To top it off, when I asked for a complaints form, they said the only way to complain is with physical postage.
I'm gobsmacked by how amateur the whole thing was handled and have ordered from Amazon instead
