Argos has gone out of their way to make it impossible to access customer services in any meaningful way, other than talking to the human robots they have trained to fob off any customer requests or complaints rather than trying to solve them. And why does Argos think they are exempt from giving their customers a proper receipt for their online purchases? Sure, they say they will post you one - but then don’t bother - 9 out of 10 times!!!
