Having ordered an item, I had to chase up my "£10 off next purchase" code. Eventually it came via email and I used it online to purchase something however a few hours later I found the same item a lot cheaper elsewhere to cancelled my order before collecting.
I then attempted to order something else using the same voucher however it wouldn't let me.
I rang customer services who advised me that there was nothing that could be done and the £10 I could have saved had gone and I was not entitled to anything. I asked if the6 could just send me another code but they declined, most unhelpful and I will be taking my custom elsewhere in future as that was the only incentive to use Argos in the first place.
