Ordered a wardrobe that was damaged when it arrived. Delivery driver did not stop to check it despite pointing out the damage to the box.
I did an online chat and the person offered me a replacement the next day but simply refused to offer me a 2 hour delivery slot so I could be there to take delivery. Despite me pointing out this was solely caused by Argos and I had waited in, and maybe a little extra customer service might not go amiss, as I was not asking them to do anything other than delivery within a certain time frame.
I now have another week to wait for my item.
Motto of this story, if it seems cheap there's probably a reason for it !!
