We took delivery of a Sharp Tall Upright Freezer in December 2018, which did not work (no gas). A replacement freezer arrived in January 2019, which also had a fault, it defrosted when switched into fast freeze mode. Following three engineers visits and waiting for parts to arrive from Germany the fault cannot be fixed. We have been offered and declined a second replacement Sharp freezer. We have no faith in Sharp being third time lucky.
