Be careful people when placing orders in store..
We’ve waited 6 days for our babies new cot.
Phoned them and basically had to give all the details fro our receipt. (Luckily we’re more organised than them)
No record of our order. Then told we’ll receive an order number by text in the next 12 hours,
Then should be contacted by Thursday to find out when it will be delivered.
So just being treat as another order!! Not as a customer who’s been messed around.
My partner doesn’t like to say it, but I will. Terrible service by Argos. Should be chasing the order and getting it to us ASAP!
Not just having to WAIT some more.
By the way, apparently it happens quite a lot!
