Poor experience - was sold a used Now TV stick as new. Stick had previously been activated by a previous customer who had used up 30 days of a 31 day sky sports pass. Wasted two hours with Now TV support trying to sort out the problem before it became clear what the issue was. Whilst I got a full refund, the compensation I got was derisory (£10) and it took me half an hour to get it. Can't be bothered to pursue them any further apart from not going to Argos again.
