Purchased a PS4 and some games on the 3rd July. Never arrived. Someone has signed for it with a false first name. Argos refused to provide me with the proof of signature. The delivery time frame that they state is less than an hour. I was at home. CCTV footage shows no delivery man entering the building.
Spent my whole day with Argos’ customer care. Spoke to 3 different advisors (including Argos card team) and chatted with another. They just simply don’t care, still want me to pay for the stolen item.
Argos customer care line is obviously not free to call. Costed me extra £26.
Had to go to police and now waiting for them.
