I went to the Horsham shop to buy a new smart phone as my current one was not working. The I wanted was not in stock but was told that they would have one in two hours and it would be delivered between 2.00 and 6.00 pm that day but didn't arrive, although they sent me two text's to say it will arrive in 30 minutes then 15 minutes still was not delivered. I then spent 17 minutes phoning them, to be told the delivery van had problems, so agreed to wait for delivery the next day at the same time but not delivered unbelievable. I tried to track my delivery but no surprise their website is totally useless, you cannot track your parcel. I sent another 19 minutes on the phone to get another ball ---- story. I find it unbelievable that they are not capable of delivering my new phone and cannot contact me. Take my advice never ever ever ever buy anything from Argos they are totally useless.
