I ordered a camera from Argos. I picked up the order from a drop off at Sainsburys and took it home. The item in the box had been replaced with a cheap USB charger of similar size and weight and the box had been sealed up. I rang up Argos and they wanted nothing to do with it. Absolutely disgusting customer service and a fraudulent transaction they want to wash their hands of. DO NOT SHOP HERE, they clearly have thieves in their back office / supply chain (or they don't check returns) and if something goes wrong they will do nothing to help you. Argos will never again get a penny from me. Save yourself from a similar experience.
