The website is rubbish. I'm really sick of finding something I want, putting it in the basket and going through the whole process only to find at the end that it not available, not only that, but turns out its not available anywhere, what is going on? On another note, I've just tried to buy a piece of furniture to find out that I cant pick it up anywhere and the earliest home delivery (I've now got to pay for by the way, because I cant pick it up) is 10 days time, again what is going on. Why would I do that when I can buy something similar somewhere else and just put it in the boot. Poor, very poor.
