Poor quality service and lie. We ordered a sofa and paid for delivery between 2 and 6 pm. We received information that the courier will appear exactly at 2pm. So I had to left work earlier to be on time and be able to pick up the sofa. Unfortunately, moments after I left my workplace, the courier called to my partner that they are already in our village and they wanted to deliver it now, which meant at 1 pm. My partner said that I am not at home yet because they said it will be at 2, but also said that I will be soon because I already on the way. They didn't even gave us a moment so that we could deal withe their changes. The courier had two other deliveries in the same small town and could simply come back to us after it. I was at home at 1:15pm and I didn't find anyone here. However during the time I came home my partner called the customer service and the lady informed him that the courier was already there and that we were not at home. And supposedly he waited 10 minutes. And the conversation of my partner with this woman did not last even 10 minutes so it is simply impossible that he came and waited 10 minutes or more in the meantime. But ok. So I called the courier and asked where it is or what time he will be here. He said that he was informed not to come to us today. But the customer service lady said it's only courier decision what time he'll come and it's his decision if appeared earlier. Even if we paid and be prepare for it from 2 pm, I left job, I lost money etc... Then the courier says that it is not his decision and that he only do deliver at the time they (someone from office) ask him to do it ... So it looks like no one is responsible for anything! They both lie. Very unpleasant people, rude and unable to talk. In addition, the courier told me that the delivery should be from 1pm to 3pm but obviously I have evidence that we paid for delivery from 2 to 6 in the afternoon. My partner after 1pm tried to contact the courier and let him know that I was already at home and it was maximum 10-20 minutes after they called to my partner. So I'm sure they will still in our town. But the courier rejected his connection... He pick up the phone only from my number because he did not know this number before. Lie and lie and over and over again. Because of this company I lost money for leaving work earlier and I expect it will happen again and they will never on time - because they gave us money for delivery back. So it looks like they are planing to do it again and again and then charge us every time for delivery... Of course we didn't want this refund but we just wanted the service we paid for. But it's tooo much for them! This is ridiculous that they have a option on their website and you're able to choose the delivery hours if they not planing to be on time even if they could be! Such a lazy people and liars. I think I should inform the Trading Standards Services or Citizens Advice Bureau about customers service because there is no point to delaying and begin fooled again and again. Oh sorry, I forgot to add that the courier disconnected without saying goodbye in the middle of the conversation. So I had to call twice and he treat me that way twice.
