The after sales service is a joke. I am currently in legal battles with Argos due to a faulty washer dryer that they refuse to take responsibility for which had faulty dangerous wiring in and could have caught a light.
They refused me a letter of deadlock. They lied twice about speaking to the repair company “domestic repairs ltd” and blaming myself for the installation.
To this day they refuse to reimburse me or compensate me for the machine, my high abnormal energy bill caused by its use or even my repair bill or correspondence.
To all head office staff and “customer service” staff at Argos I wish you good luck with the legal battle, you are going to need it.
