Argos have no customer service
Argos have no customer service. Be careful if spending money with argos,they do not care to help replace a faulty item.
They want us to either travel 40 minutes away and pay parking or to wait for stock to arrive back in store to exchange a faulty item.
Leaving my daughter broken hearted that she has a xmas present she cannot use. They are refusing to transfer from another store as it isnt in our local area but expect us to travel out of town to exchange an item that we had already spend £160 on in the first place
