I gave 1 Star cz Zero wasn't an option.
i Ordered a phone with delivery, extimated delivery on the 23 rd December(this is what the first text i received said), i cancelled today, 11 January, as this phone never arrived.
The supplier (UK MAIL) lost it or one of the employer stole it and no one never get back to me giving an update. if i still track the parcel the extimated delivery now is the 31st December 2019. 12 days ago....
i had to call every time to get un update and every time the answer was "the supplier will be in touch with you in 24h", never heard back from there, never get back from ARGOS too.
I just received a call on the 2nd January telling me that it will be sorted in few days and anyway they will call me back to confirm, DISAPPEARED!
No one was taking care of this issue.They open an investigation but in the meantime they didn't send another phone to me or update me, nothing! Really poor service. don't use the delivery service.
