Buyer beware. Even after purchasing via the Argos website (ie the purchase was covered by Distance Selling Rules) they initially refused to refund a non-faulty TV, even though I'd never had the opportunity to see the TV before buying. I'd repackaged the TV well (the store assistant even said so to the manager). The manager said I could keep the TV at home for up to a month unopened, however as soon as the box was opened, there was no option to refund or returns for no fault items. I've rated Argos two rather than one, as, after much discussion, I was finally given a refund.
