Very angry right now!
I ordered a pair of Sennheiser HD 4.50BTNC Noise Cancelling Bluetooth/NFC Wireless Over-Ear Headphones via the Argos app. I needed these headphones right away so I opted to go here rather than John Lewis who were doing them of over £10 cheaper but with a longer wait.
The app stated I could "Order now and collect in-store right away". So it seemed worth paying the extra money.
However once I had paid for the headphones, I was sent a message saying the headphones would be ready to collect on Friday.
I called Argos and they told me the headphones were not actually available in-store and that the app plays up sometime and there's nothing they can do to help me.
Now for the next three days I have no headphones and no money to buy the headphones I want.
I've used argos for years , but after this experience, I will be deleting the app and never shopping there again. . They've lost a valuable customer in me and whomever I'm able to tell this experience to.
