This is the first time I order items from Argos. I know this time I cannot go to the store, so I looked their website and they said THEY DO HOME-DELIVERY. I trusted them, I placed an order and paid money, and then then nothing happened (Only my money was charged but no any confirmation on my order). I tried to sent 5 emails to them in continuous 3 days, call dozen to their customers service but no one replied (It tooks me over 15 euros to call for them to get nothing). Now i don't know what happened to my order, I don't know if I can refund or not while the same item which was sold on Amazon has jut been sold out. Moreover it took me a lot of time and stress to just think of it. How could a company treat customers like that during this pandemic. Maybe they think the customers cannot go to meet and argue with them in this time? I am so dissapointed and will never buy anything from Argos anymore....
