I've 2 faulty items, no one is bothered to replace. Faulty cooker with gas leaking (your fault selling it like that!) I have to install it? Seriously? What the heck! The situation atm is hard, people disable, not working and you let them down? Your customer service stinks! I'm pregnant with a child. By law the situation is urgent and you need to fix it as I'm still under warranty and classed as a dangerous item. Not only I will (maybe) receive it on Friday, but I need to install it? Seriously?
