Ordered a watch on 30.03.20 for my husband’s birthday. Delivery was due 05.04.20 but didn’t and still hasn’t arrived! I have received no communication at all from Argos, have tried every which way to contact them unsuccessfully, but think I’ve spent a fortune on phone calls, holding for 45-60 mins, several times, then just getting cut off! I understand things are difficult with the current situation, but what does it takes to communicate with customers, to keep them updated. Very poor service. Just left in limbo, have spent the money, but still no present for my husband!! Not happy at all!
