I ordered an item on line on the 23rd March 2020 and am still awaiting delivery. The delivery tracking system informs me that the item was delivered yesterday. I was at home the whole day yesterday and there was no delivery and just to make sure I reviewed my CCTV footage in case I had missed the Delivery and did not see any delivery to my address, just to make sure I contacted my neighbors and asked them to check their CCTV and check if they picked up any delivers in our Close, they have all replied in the negative.
I have tried to contact their customer help line about a dozen times by phone and have been put on hold for ages (at the moment 25 min. and still waiting) One of the most annoying things about waiting in the Que is the music that they play which is so annoying (I feel that this is done on purpose so that you want to hang up) Time waiting now 35+min.
This is definitely the last time that I will be ordering from Argos
