They we’re supposed to deliver on 14th April 2020. I’m still waiting. I can’t get through by phone or chat, Twitter or Facebook. No delivery update from Argos or even an acknowledgement that there’s a problem. Oh and of course they’ve got my money. Such bad service I can’t believe they are busy as soon as they open the lines at 0800 but then again they probably are dealing with lots of complaints. I only want an update and an apology fir not advising me that they can’t or won’t be delivering.
