Received a printer that does not work, can't get it collected or take it back until they open, could be months away and in the meantime they have my money. Can't get them on the phone or live chat, no email address. I have now had to get a printer from elsewhere and pay again. My business has been paused because of Covid-19 so I have no income but I have to send quotes for next year so need a printer. This is very wrong, if they can take money and deliver, they should be able to collect and refund, otherwise STOP OPERATING!
