Place an order online to deliver, the website crashed during payment, took money out of my bank account, I received no email confirmation, no order number and no purchase on my Argos account then the website booted me off but my money is still gone from my bank account.
Spent hours waiting on phone lines, no answer on live chat. Seen various forums that other customers are in the same boat. I’m in limbo and just want to know what’s going on please?
