Worst experience i had with Argos when i bought a Detail Sander, i went to Argos collection point in Hendon Sainsburys and collected the item and after a couple of hours got home and when i opened the box guess what? The sander looked like it had been used for months!!Full of white dust! So i went back to the same collection point straight away and the store manager told there is nothing they can do because of the situation with COVID-19 and that the returns department is closed, BUT they did sell me a used product!! The only thing the manager said is that i should come back with the product when they re-open the returns, although i came back the same day!Avoid ARGOS!!!
