Terrible system, Doesnt take payments, Live chat isn't consistent across the website so if you are trying to troubleshoot it will kick you from the queue, if you can even get in the queue in the first place.
I work in fintech and a company of this size having such poor web design and execution/ terrible customer service access is just inexplicable.
