Ordered 2 items to be delivered 6th April but didn't arrive. I rearranged for 10th April again not delivered. Recieved a message saying they were unable to deliver. I tried to rearrange but couldn't. Finally managed to get through to customer service only for them to say I had returned one item as it was damaged and that the other item had been delivered. I explained that nothing had been delivered, they have charged me for both items and delivery and are doing nothing about it. Absolutely terrible customer service even went on live chat got told a different story then got left on hold for 45 minutes then got cut off. Will never use Argos again.
