The worse aftercare and returns policies ever. This company has caused me nothing but stress after trying to return an item I got in lockdown that was faulty when it was delivered.
I tried to return an item for a refund following the instructions on their website and was refused. They also refused to have the phone repaired suggesting I do have to organise and get the repair sorted myself. Absolutely shocking.
After trying to explain that is not how returns work the jobsworth manager decided they knew best and I was wrong. They called the police to remove me from the area stating I had been abusive.
Argos is a complete disgrace and I will never visit any of their shops or partners again.
