There is just no way to contact them when something goes wrong. Last week tried to order some products and their website said there was a problem and try again. What they don’t tell you is every time you try again your monies get put into a pending payment for 5 days from your bank. They are well aware of this issue with their App as there is an automated message when you “TRY” to call them.
This time, paid for a delivery slot and 8 hrs later no delivery, no explanation, no way of making contact. Read the tweets on their twitter page before ordering.
