It's understandable that things need to change due to COVID but Argos easily has the worst customer service setup on the market right now!
The 'live chat' takes hours to get through (if it ever does), the people on the other end have cut me off multiple times and the one time I did get on and discuss the issue, the person did not send the chat on to my email.
Then trying to phone to discuss it with someone you get taken down a tunnel of options to only then be hung up on and saying that nothing can be done.
Pathetic.
