Argos are liars and they do anything they can to scam people out of refunds, including making false police reports to get people out of the store if they ask too many questions. It happened to me. Bought a phone in lockdown, it was delivered faulty, their website said take it back for a refund but when I got there I was refused. They told me to get it repaired myself and they would take no further responsibility for it. Absolutely shockingly rude staff and managers. After been a customer for 10 years I’m never going back again, this has truly been the worst experience I have ever had with a store.
